What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Prufal At My Door, Zipmail (Jamaica Post),Tara Courier, FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS. Shipping methods are available to you based on your delivery location.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes Items sold/Fulfilled by Prufal are shipped internationally. Also some sellers on Prufal may not ship internationally, this will depend on their shipping policy.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The normal estimated time in Jamaica is same day or 2-5 Business Days, if the item is locally stored. For items sold by international sellers the delivery time is normally 10 to 15 Days.

Do I Pay Customs Duties In Jamaica?

No, if the Seller is a local seller or fulfilled by Prufal you are not to pay custom duties.
If the seller is located internationally and they offer their own shipping rates then you will be responsible for any custom duties. The seller should also outline this their shipping policy.

What is PATM (Prufal At My Door)

Prufal at My Door is a delivery service offered by us in Jamaica, in which we delivery orders ourselves via our delivery feature by G.P.S. This is only available in Jamaica

Do I need to allow my device location and why?

No your device location is not required. With this feature is allow us to get a more accurate address for your delivery address, most houses or places in Jamaica don't have numbers and only a street name, which makes it difficult to know which house to deliver to.

With the location feature we use the G.P.S location of the device as the delivery location to solve the issue. Prufal does not access this in the background and its only used for delivery purposes.

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal at this time. Payment by PayPal are converted to USD. Payments by credit/debit cards are charged in JMD.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We only can speak for Prufal as buying online on our store is indeed safe. All transactions and account information are encrypted and secure.

Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

You can place an order on our App or website by selecting add to cart or the buy now button. From their you can checkout and pay for the order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You are allowed up to 1 hour to cancel the order, you can do so by contacting the seller or Prufal support.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Back then it was not required but now Yes you do need an account. Its easy to create one too and its better for you to manage everything.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order on the website go to order history then click view beside the most recent order. You will see the order histories and a tracking link and number if its provided.

To track orders on the App, go to settings then order history, click the order you want to track.

How Can I Return a Product?

To return an item go the order history and click return/refunds, select Full or partial refund and a reason for the refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition and package in which it was sent. Time allocated for refunds is 21 days, this can also differ between sellers, contact the seller before you attempt to return. Also shipping fees are not return when you apply for refunds
